Interconnection Agreement - Sawnee uses a "short form" agreement for certain dispersed generation loads. The agreeement (Short Form) can be obtained by Clicking Here.

Overview:
Sawnee EMC is making various corporate documents available to Sawnee EMC members, the general public, and other interested parties for general review and utilization.

Corporate Documents:
Shown in the left navigation panel of this page are the various corporate documents that are currently available online. Please follow the process outlined below (e.g. Document Not Offered Online) if you wish to request information that is not currently available online.

Interconnection Requirements:
Shown in the lower portion of the left navigation panel of this page are Sawnee’s Dispersed Generation Interconnection policies, agreement, procedure and various related forms and information. Dispersed generation loads may qualify for access to Sawnee EMC’s Net Energy Metering Rate Rider (NEM) which can be found by Clicking Here.

Given the unique nature of interconnection requests and loads, all parties interested in interconnecting with Sawnee’s distribution facilities are required to direct all requests to the Blake House Vice President of Member Services.

Identity Fraud/Theft
Sawnee EMC has developed an Identity Fraud/Theft Investigation Packet ("Packet") to assist former and current members, as well as other individuals that believe they are a victim of identity fraud/theft. Completion of the "Packet" is required in order for Sawnee EMC to investigate the allegation of improper use of personal identifying information. The "Packet" can be downloaded by Clicking Here.

Documents Not Offered Online:
The availability of Sawnee EMC corporate information is sanctioned and administered by the staff of Sawnee EMC, as approved by the Board of Directors, and is outlined in Policy 401, Member and Public Access to Cooperative Information. This policy governs the dissemination of corporate information to members of Sawnee EMC, as well as non-members.
