I am moving into your service area. How do I obtain service?
Are there any deposits when obtaining service?

The level of deposit as outlined in Policy 307, Service Security
Deposit - Residential, may be waived or reduced based on the
"score" a new member receives when requesting service.
The "score" refers to the "Unique Energy Industry
Credit Scoring System" that is utilized by Equifax.
A signed membership application is also required to forgo
or reduce the level of deposit.
Are there any fees when obtaining service?

The base non-refundable construction fee for temporary service
is $135.00. There is a $35.00 next day service fee for reconnection
of an existing meter, and there is a $5.00 membership fee
for new members. Same day service, long line extensions, and
underground service may have other additional fees. Request
that the field representative for your service identify any
additional fees.
