Overview – What’s Happening When?
A public hearing will be held to consider the remaining one
(1) standard that has not previously been considered
relating to the Energy Independence and Security Act of
2007, which amended the Public Utility Regulatory Policies
Act of 1978 (“PURPA”). This page contains important dates
relative to Sawnee's PURPA hearing and related activities.
The hearing will consider the issues and comments
surrounding the following PURPA standard: "Smart Grid
Investments."
Persons desiring to participate in the hearing and related
events are encouraged to pay close attention to the various
deadlines listed here.
